These drinks are tastier.

When brewing your base tea, feel free to liberally adjust how long the leaves spend in the water. Modern Americans typically prefer tea brewed for one to three minutes. At five, they find it undrinkably bitter. The Victorians, on the other hand, preferred a strong ten minute brew.
